All prices are per room per night and include a full cooked breakfast.

Family Room (sleeps 3, this is a double room with an extra single bed added): from £85

WINTER SPECIAL OFFER - Why not blow away your cobwebs this winter with a short break in Pembrokeshire. 3 nights in a double en-suite room with sea views (or a twin en-suite room) for £60 per night. From November to February. Please contact us for availability.

Walkers - we are able to transfer your luggage onto your next accommodation, please contact us for prices.

We regret we are not able to accept credit/debit cards. Reservations can be made by telephone or email, and bookings made more than 7 days in advance require a deposit.

Please check in after 4.30pm unless arranged beforehand. We are happy to accept late night ferry bookings and business travellers are welcome.

Packed lunches are available on request.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests Fern Villa is an non- smoking B & B, and has a newly installed L2 smoke alarm system.

Cancellation policy : Any cancellations made within 10 days of your arrival date are non-refundable unless the room is relet, in this case your deposit will be refunded.
